Where: People → open a person → Access → Pages. Choose All pages (the default, and what everyone has today) or Only the pages I choose, then tick the pages from the sidebar.
What the person sees: the pages you left out stay in their menu, greyed out with a lock. Opening one explains that the page isn't part of their access, names the workspace admins, and offers a ready-made email to ask for it, plus a link to a page they can open. If the Dashboard isn't one of their pages, signing in takes them straight to their first page.
What stays closed: the data behind those pages, not just the menu entries. A request for a page someone wasn't given is refused by the server, and the same applies to AI assistants connected through TheMetrics' MCP connector, which only ever act with the person's own access.
Good to know:
- Only admins can change page access, and admins can always open every page.
- Cost Analysis is all money, so it also needs Financial information switched on for that person.
- Product Directions works without financial information. Such a person sees every direction, its projects and tasks, and closed and open story points month by month; the amounts and the Excel export are left out, and the server never sends them.
- Profile, documentation, What's New and support are open to everyone.
- Nothing changes for anyone until an admin limits them.
