What was wrong

When the Time Tracking page opened, the Workflow Bottleneck Detector loaded once with the default task scope (closed tasks) and again with the scope saved in your View, for example in-progress tasks. If the first answer arrived last, the status rows kept the closed-task totals, while the Impacted tasks list, which always used your View's scope, showed in-progress tasks. A status could then read "106y" at the top and "68 tasks, 4y 11mo" when opened.

The same could happen with the task list itself: if you clicked two statuses quickly, the list could show the first one's tasks under the second one's name. An open list also did not reload when you changed dates, teams or the task scope.

What changed

  • Only the latest request updates the status rows and the task list. A slower, older answer is ignored.
  • An open task list reloads when you change dates, people or the task scope.

What happens to your numbers

The calculations did not change. You now always see the numbers for the filter you chose, and the task list belongs to the same filter as the status total above it.
