Where to find it
Open DORA, pick a service, then open Stability. The summary row now has a Rollbacks cell, for example "8 %, 2 of 25 releases". Hover over it to see how the rollbacks were found (a rollback job, an earlier commit deployed again, or an older version), and how many reverts were caught before they reached production.
In the list of deploys, each rollback is marked Rollback of and the version it replaced.
How it is counted
Rollbacks divided by production releases in the period. A release is a commit at its first production deploy. Re-running a deploy of the same commit does not count again, but each rollback is a release of its own. The rate stays empty until a service has at least 5 releases in the period.
Rollback rate is shown beside change fail rate, not merged into it. DORA publishes no benchmark band for it, so it has no Elite or Low label. Read it as a trend for the service: a falling rate with a steady change fail rate means problems are being fixed forward instead of rolled back.
It is also available through the TheMetrics connector for Claude, in the DORA overview of each service.
