Sprint trends load faster
The per-sprint charts on the Velocity and Cost pages, including story points, hours per story point, cycle time and lead time per sprint, used to take 20 to 40 seconds for a large workspace over a quarter. Some requests ran past the page's 30-second limit, so the charts kept loading or came up empty.
They now take 3 to 4 seconds. The figures are the same as before. Only the way they are calculated changed: each task and its parent tasks are now looked up once rather than once per chart series.
Product Directions search no longer blocks you
When you filled a direction, every search or pasted ClickUp link counted against a limit of 15 requests a minute. Past that limit, search answered "Too many requests" and stayed blocked for a minute. The message came from TheMetrics, not from ClickUp.
Search, adding and removing items, and editing directions are no longer limited. The monthly cost report keeps its limit of 10 requests a minute.
